1. Booking Requirements

Royal Palace Hall requires advance booking with a confirmation deposit to secure your preferred date.

  • 40% advance deposit at the time of booking
  • 40% payment 45 days before the event
  • Remaining 20% payment 10 days before the event
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens, and we understand. Here's our policy:

  • Cancellation 120+ days before: 70% refund
  • Cancellation 90-120 days before: 40% refund
  • Cancellation 60-90 days before: 20% refund
  • Cancellation less than 60 days: No refund
  • Event rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability (Rs. 25,000 fee applies)

3. Venue Rules & Regulations

  • Maximum capacity: 800 guests (strictly enforced for safety)
  • Event hours: 5 PM to 1 AM (overtime charged at Rs. 50,000/hour)
  • No external catering, decoration, or DJ services allowed
  • Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the venue
  • Any damage to property will be charged separately
  • Guest behavior is the responsibility of the host

4. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies beyond our control, the venue reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event with a full refund.

5. Liability & Insurance

Royal Palace Hall is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend event insurance for peace of mind. The host is responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their guests.
