Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Wedding Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Registration

Account Security

Account Types
We offer different account types for couples and vendors. Each account type has specific features and responsibilities as outlined in our platform documentation.
Vendor Standards
All vendors must meet our verification standards, including business registration, service quality, and professional conduct requirements.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, timely responses to inquiries, and fulfilling commitments made to couples.
Review System
Our platform includes a review system. Vendors agree to accept honest feedback, and couples agree to provide truthful, constructive reviews.
Platform Fees
Certain features may require payment. All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Vendor Transactions
Financial transactions between couples and vendors are independent agreements. Wedding Planner is not responsible for payment disputes between parties.
Refund Policy
Refunds for platform services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase to request a refund review.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in harassment, fraud, spam, or any illegal activities. This includes misrepresenting services, posting false reviews, or sharing inappropriate content.
Content Standards
All user-generated content must be respectful, truthful, and relevant. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community standards.
Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of content they post but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform. Do not post content that infringes on others' rights.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues.
Third-Party Services
Wedding Planner connects you with independent vendors. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or legality of vendor services and are not liable for vendor actions.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease immediately.
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. Provisions regarding liability, disputes, and intellectual property survive termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
Mediation First
Before initiating legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation. We're committed to resolving issues amicably.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits, except where prohibited by law.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wedding Planner regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
