Majestic Marquee

1. Booking & Payment Terms

To secure your booking at Majestic Marquee, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

  • 30% deposit required upon booking confirmation
  • 50% payment due 60 days before the event
  • Final 20% payment due 15 days before the event
  • All payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 90 days before event: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
  • 60-90 days before event: 25% refund
  • Less than 60 days before event: No refund
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email

3. Event Guidelines

  • Maximum guest capacity: 500 persons
  • Event timing: 4 PM to 12 AM (extensions available with additional charges)
  • No outside catering or decorators allowed
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas
  • The venue management reserves the right to stop any activity deemed inappropriate

4. Venue Modifications

Any changes to the event date, guest count, or package selection must be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Changes made with less notice may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

Majestic Marquee is not responsible for any personal belongings, injuries, or damages caused by guests. Clients are advised to obtain event insurance for additional protection.
