2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
  • Final payment is due 30 days before the event
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by vendor and will be communicated during the booking process.

  • Cancellations more than 90 days before: Full refund minus deposit
  • Cancellations 60-90 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 60 days before: No refund

4. Service Delivery

We are committed to providing high-quality service for your special event. All services will be delivered as agreed in the booking contract.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a smooth event, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or other force majeure events.
